Capital Campaign – Building a Church in Babcock Ranch

Greetings Friends, Neighbors, and Church Family

We have completed the official launch of our capital campaign to build a church in Babcock Ranch. However, this launch was the beginning of two-year journey.

Everyone in our community is invited to join in supporting the work happening here at Babcock Ranch. We have already shared the exciting news that:

• The property purchase is complete, 3.33 acres in Babcock Ranch
• On April 14, TCC approved a motion to move forward with our pre-construction contract with Florida Premier Contractors. This contract does not represent a building contract, but helps us prepare for our next steps.
• The first phase of the construction is a unique house of worship. This space, 10,077 square feet under air and 14,000 square feet under truss, will help meet the spiritual needs of our entire community.
• The second phase of construction will be a center for learning and fellowship. One of the core values of our faith community is life-long learning.

We report our capital campaign results with great joy, gratitude and encouragement. We set our goal for this campaign at 1 million dollars. Per the financial institutions we are currently working with, this will qualify us for the construction loan we need for phase one.
