Airing of the Quilts

This Sunday in November, the worship space will be adorned by the beautiful work of our Quilting Ministry. The congregation will pray over these quilts as they are made ready to be placed in the hands of those who are in need of an extra measure of comfort. These quilts are offered to the homebound, in hospital, and in hospice care. On this Sunday, our Quilting Ministry will also be offering some of their creations for purchase in order to raise money for their ministry. We give thanks to God for the busy hands and hearts of our Quilting Ministry as they gather for “sew-ins”, a place for learning, fellowship, and creativity.
