At The Community Church, we’re dedicated to nurturing the spiritual growth of the younger generation through creative, age-appropriate ministries designed for preschoolers through high school students.
We provide safe, supportive environments for children and youth to explore their faith, engage in meaningful discussions, and build positive relationships. lasting friendships.
Current children and youth ministries include:
- Student Ministry – Middle and High School Students. Meets during the school year on Monday evenings, 6pm to 7:30 pm. Includes dinner. 2024 Group begins September 23!
- KidZone – Every Sunday during worship at the Babcock Ranch Field House. Our KidZone Director is Shawn Shapton.

Shawn Shapton is the Faith Formation Director at The Community Church and manages our children’s ministries, including Vacation Bible School. This is our 3rd year offering VBS in Babcock Ranch and we have a great week planned for participants.
