The Community Church operated under a model constitution provided by the ELCA (Evangelical Lutheran Church in America) for mission development congregations. On Sunday, December 10th of 2023 the faith community of The Community Church voted to adopt a constitution and bylaws for our community, this constitution was approved by the Florida-Bahamas Synod before it was presented to our Leadership Board and the people of The Community Church.
