DESCRIPTION:This Sunday in November\, the worship space will be adorned by the beautiful work of our Quilting Ministry. The congregation will pray over these quilts as they are made ready to be placed in the hands of those who are in need of an extra measure of comfort. These quilts are offered to the homebound\, in hospital\, and in hospice care. On this Sunday\, our Quilting Ministry will also be offering some of their creations for purchase in order to raise money for their ministry. We give thanks to God for the busy hands and hearts of our Quilting Ministry as they gather for “sew-ins”\, a place for learning\, fellowship\, and creativity.

The Peace River Botanical & Sculpture Garden is home to five unique ecosystems and is exhibiting a stunning display of grand-sized Origami Sculptures both indoors and throughout the gardens. Tour details: \n\nLeave Babcock Ranch by 9:10 am. Car pool drivers needed.\nApproximately 2-hour docent-led tour: $15 each ($5 off the regular price)\nPre-order box lunch: $15\nPay $30 to Kathleen Arace (cash\, check or Venmo)\nWear comfortable walking shoes\, hat\, sunglasses and bring water\nTuesday is Tail Waggin’ Tuesday.
